UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 21 December 2015 Mr. Dariusz Jacek Krawiec, Chairman of Supervisory Board of Unipetrol, submitted a letter of resignation from his office of member of the Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s.

 

In accordance with and pursuant to Section 59(5) of the Act no. 90/2012 Coll. Commercial Corporations Act, Mr. Krawiec's office of the member of Unipetrol Supervisory Board terminates one month after announcement of his resignation to Unipetrol, i.e. on 21 January 2016.
