On October 6, 2006 the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Miroslav Krejčí a new member of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. The Supervisory Board further approved the agreement between UNIPETROL, a.s. and Mr. Martin Durčák on the execution of the function of the member of the Board of Directors.

The Supervisory Board acknowledged a resignation of Mr. Petr Bodlák from the position of a member of the Board of Directors to the same date.​
