The Ordinary General Meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s. (the "Company") held on 26 June 2008 decided pursuant to item 9 of the agenda on settlement of the Company's loss. The loss of the Company stated in the Company's ordinary non-consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2007 amounting to 9,120,840.63 CZK shall be covered in accordance with Article 26 (4) of the Company's Articles of Association from unallocated profit from previous years.
