​Amended information relating to Unipetrol, a.s. annual reportrt 2008

UNIPETROL, a.s. informs about amended information in UNIPETROL, a.s. annual report for 2008.

  1. Last sentence on the page 59 in Income statement section, includes inaccurate information. Accurate statement is: “The above reasons caused the Group’s net profit to fall year-on-year by CZK 1,200.615 million to CZK 65.691 million.
  2. Additional information to subchapter “Emoluments” on page 29 and 31.
    „As of 31 December 2008, benefits related to the end of managers’ office consisted of competitive as well as stabilization clause. Competitive clause is between six to twelve times of average monthly salary/executive remuneration. Stabilization clause is between six to ten times gross monthly salary/executive remuneration.”
  3. Additional information to subchapter “Property, plant and equipment” on page 61 and 62.
    Most important (according to the book value) property, plant and equipment held by key subsidiaries as of 31 December 2008.

This partly concerns the land on which the control and maintenance of pipelines, or burdened with easement for the pipeline protective zone. The remaining land is intended for further solutions regarding its future use.
