UNIPETROL, a.s. announces that on 7 September 2009 it was informed that on 3 September 2009 the company NEEVAS INVESTMENT LIMITED, together with companies LCE Company Limited and Stomarli Holdings Limited, that are part of financial Group J&T, increased its share in the total number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s. to 6.78%.
