Due to potential misunderstanding in relation to the settlement of legal dispute between the parties, we are specifying information in connection to the text stated in the annual report on the page 98, paragraph IX and on the page 186 in CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS part, note 30.

Agrobanka Praha, a.s. in liquidation transferred its claim against KOBEKO spol. s r.o. to MONTEGO BAY FINANCIAL LIMITED including all rights connected to this claim. As a result, in the final stage of the legal dispute there was an agreement reached with MONTEGO BAY FINANCIAL LIMITED and consequently UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o., as the successor in title to CHEMOPETROL, a.s. paid MONTEGO BAY FINANCIAL LIMITED an amount of CZK 54,000,000.
