On 20 March 2007, UNIPETROL, a.s. ("Unipetrol") has assumed a commitment to increase its contribution in UNIPETROL SERVICES, s.r.o., Identification No.: 27608051, with its registered office at Litvínov, Záluží 1, Zip Code: 436 70, registered in the Commercial Register maintained with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 118546 („Unipetrol Services") through a monetary contribution in the amount of CZK 100.000.000,00 in connection with the increase in the registered capital of Unipetrol Services from the amount of CZK 200.000,00 by the amount of CZK 100.000.000,00 to the amount of CZK 100.200.000,00, provided that Unipetrol will pay the respective amount within 15 days from the effectiveness of the assumption of the commitment.
