On today's meeting of the supervisory board of UNIPETROL, a.s. ("SB") following changes in the composition of the SB have been approved:
- Mr. Arkadiusz Kawecki, currently the member of the SB resigned to his position in the SB, effective immediately.
- Mr. Rafał Sekuła has been co-opted with immediate effect as the new member of the SB for the period until the next General Meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s..
Current composition of the Company's Supervisory Board is as follows:

- Mr. Sławomir Robert Jędrzejczyk, Vice-Chairman

- Mr. Rafał Sekuła.
Besides, the supervisory board of UNIPETROL, a.s. decided to fill in the vacant positions of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. in order to be in line with valid Company Charter dated 26 June 2008, article 17, paragraph 1 counting with seven members of the Board of Directors. This step should also reinforce competitive position of the company. As a result two new members were elected into the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. with immediate effect:
- Mr. Piotr Chełmiński
- Mr. Artur Paździor
Mr. Piotr Chełmiński's main scope of activities would be administrative issues, while in case of Mr. Artur Paździor it would be petrochemical issues.
