UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 21 December 2015 the merger by amalgamation of UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. (“UNIPETROL RPA”) and BENZINA, s.r.o was approved by the companies’ General Meetings with legal succession of UNIPETROL RPA.
The legal effects of the merger will come into force as at 1 January 2016.
