On 18 October 2007, UNIPETROL, a.s., as a sole member of UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o., with its registered office at Litvínov, Záluží 1, Company. Reg. No. (IČ): 27597075, UNIPETROL SERVICES, s.r.o., with its registered office at Litvínov, Záluží 1, Company. Reg. No. (IČ): 27608051, and BENZINA, s.r.o., with its registered office at Praha 7, Dělnická 12, Company. Reg. No. (IČ): 60193328, in lieu of the General Meeting of these companies, decided on increase in the amount of Executives of these companies by one Executive.
Further, on 18 October 2007, UNIPETROL, a.s., as a sole member of:
(a) UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o., in lieu of the General Meeting of this company, adopted the decision on appointment of Mr. Czesław Adam Bugaj, born on 27 January 1950, residing at Płock, Źródlana 17, Poland, into position of the Executive of UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o.;
(b) UNIPETROL SERVICES, s.r.o., in lieu of the General Meeting of this company, adopted the decision on appointment of Mr. Jarosław Serba, born on 14 March 1972, residing at Warsaw, Złotego Smoka 22m4, Poland, into position of the Executive of UNIPETROL SERVICES, s.r.o.;
(c) BENZINA, s.r.o., in lieu of the General Meeting of this company, adopted the decision on appointment of Mr. William Kozik, born on 2 February 1966, residing at Izabelin, ul. Krótka 24, Poland, into position of the Executive of BENZINA, s.r.o.
Willam Kozik (41) has held the position of PKN Orlen S.A.'s Executive Director for Retail since February 2007. Between 2005 and January 2007 he held the position of PKN Orlen S.A.'s Executive Director for Retail, Poland. Mr Kozik worked at Shell from 1994 to 2005, including several years in the position of retail sales manager. Mr Kozik studied at the Warsaw Polytechnic between 1985 and 1991, specialising in hydraulics and construction. Mr Kozik was involved in many secondments abroad.
Jaroslav Serba (35) has worked at the PKN Orlen S.A. Group since 2006. Currently he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orlen Księgowość (the Shared Financial Services Centre for the PKN Orlen S.A. Group). Before joining PKN Orlen S.A., Mr Serba worked as the Go-to-Market Manager at Strategic Outsourcing. Prior to this position he worked in the advisory section of IBM from 1997. Mr Serba has graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Lublin Technical University in Poland.
Czeslaw Adam Bugaj (57) has held the position of the Deputy CEO for Production at PKN Orlen S.A. since 2007. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s. He has worked at PKN Orlen S.A. since 1970. He has held various positions at PKN Orlen S.A. Mr Bugaj graduated from the Warsaw Technical University, specialising in chemistry and technologies, in 1981. He also took a post-graduate course in oil industry management at the Warsaw School of Economics in 1995.
