UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 9 November 2015 UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. (“UNIPETROL RPA”), 100% owned subsidiary of UNIPETROL, a.s., established a new subsidiary in Hungary – UNIPETROL RPA Hungary Kft., a limited liability company headquartered in Budapest. The new entity is 100% owned subsidiary of UNIPETROL RPA. The scope of the operation of the company will be wholesale of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and related products and retail sale of automotive fuel in specialised stores.

 

By establishing the entity in Hungary, Unipetrol would like to further improve the quality of services rendered locally and be able to address flexibly the new groups of customers.
