UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 30 April 2015 UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. (“UNIPETROL RPA”), 100% owned subsidiary of UNIPETROL, a.s., in relation with completion of acquisition of the 32.445% stake in ČESKÁ RAFINÉRSKÁ, a.s from Eni International B.V., purchased from Eni Česká republika, s.r.o. inventories of crude oil and refining products. The estimated inventories total purchase price of CZK 3,228 million was paid based on the best estimate of Eni Česká republika, s.r.o. in its position of the vendor. The final inventories total purchase price is subject to adjustment to the estimated price of inventories, based on the actual confirmed volumes of inventories and market prices. The remaining part will be cleared till the end of 2nd quarter 2015.
