UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 23 March 2015, the Supervisory Board of Unipetrol re-elected Mr. Piotr Wielowieyski to office of Member of the Board of Directors of Unipetrol with effect as of 28 March 2015.

On 24 March 2015, the Board of Directors of Unipetrol re-elected Mr. Piotr Wielowieyski to position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Unipetrol with effect as of 28 March 2015.

From 28 March 2015, Members of the Board of Directors of Unipetrol will be:

• Mr. Marek Świtajewski, Chairman
• Mr. Piotr Wielowieyski, Vice-Chairman
• Mr. Andrzej Kozłowski,
• Mr. Mirosław Kastelik,
• Mr. Łukasz Piotrowski,
• Mr. Martin Durčák.
