Following the announcement of UNIPETROL, a.s. ("Unipetrol") dated 4 February 2009 (Reg. Announc. No. 03/2009), concerning the squeeze-out of shares of the other shareholders of PARAMO, a.s., Id. No. 481 73 355, with its registered office at Pardubice, Přerovská 560, Post Code 530 06 ("Paramo") within the meaning of Sections 183i et seq. of the Czech Commercial Code, Unipetrol hereby informs that ownership title to shares of the other shareholders of Paramo will be transferred to Unipetrol in accordance with Section 183l(3) of the Czech Commercial Code on 4 March 2009.

The consideration will be paid to the entitled persons within the period commencing on 12 March 2009. More information regarding the payment of the consideration may be found in the announcement of Unipetrol published in Hospodářské noviny and Obchodní věstník (Commercial bulletin) on 25 February 2009 and on the websites of Unipetrol and Paramo.
