Following the previous inside information and regulatory announcements regarding the squeeze-out of shares in PARAMO, a.s., with its registered office at Pardubice, Přerovská čp. 560, Post Code: 530 06, Id. No.: 481 73 355 (" Paramo") by UNIPETROL, a.s. („ Unipetro l"), as the majority shareholder, within the meaning of Section 183(i)et seq.of the Czech Commercial Code Unipetrol hereby informs that some of former minority shareholders of Paramo requested that the Regional Court in Hradec Králové declares the invalidity of Paramo general meeting resolution on the above squeeze-out of shares dated 6 January 2009 and that the District Court in Prague 4 reviews the decision of 28 November 2008 by which the Czech National Bank granted in accordance with Section 183n(1)of the Czech Commercial Code its previous approval with the evidence of the monetary consideration amount provided under the above squeeze-out.
