UNIPETROL, a.s. (the „Company") notifies that the "Company" will not continue in the implementation of the spin-off project of UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. by formation of a new limited liability company within the meaning of the Section 69 c (2) of the Czech Commercial Code.

From the beginning of the spin-off project processing a change of the starting conditions took place and the originally planed effect of increase in the management efficiency and control of the Unipetrol Group will be achieved by arrangements in the present company UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o.
