On today's meeting of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s. Mr. Arkadiusz Kotlicki informed about his resignation from the position of Member of the Management Board. His employment with the company will cease to exist at the end of April 2009.

Starting today, Shared Service Centre, Supply Chain Management and Project Management Office will report to Mr. Wojciech Ostrowski,  Maintenance Management will report to Mr. Ivan Ottis and the logistic company Unipetrol Doprava, s.r.o. will report to Mr. Martin Durčák.
