UNIPETROL, a.s. hereby announces that there has been a change in the UNIPETROL financial calendar for 2009. Quarterly report for the second quarter of 2009 and semi-annual report for the first half of 2009 will be published on 31 August 2009.

The originally announced date of publication of the report for the second quarter of 2009 and for the first half of 2009 was 27 August 2009.

In connection with the above, the date of publication of the estimation of selected operating data of UNIPETROL for the second quarter of 2009 has changed. The announcement will be published on 28 July 2009.
