The Ordinary General Meeting of UNIPETROL, a.s. (the " Company") held on 18 June 2010 decided pursuant to item 10 of the agenda on distribution of the Company's profit for 2009. The profit of the Company stated in the Company's ordinary non-consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2009 amounting to CZK 261,864,390.43 shall be distributed in accordance with Article 26 (1) of the Company's Articles of Association in the amount of CZK 13,093,219.52 into the contingency fund and in the amount of CZK 248,771,170.91 to account of unallocated profit from previous years.
