​UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that Mr. Piotr Robert Kearney, Member of Supervisory Board of Unipetrol, submitted a letter of resignation from his office of Member of Supervisory Board of Unipetrol with a request for approval of termination of his office as of 30 June 2017.

Supervisory Board of Unipetrol on 26 June 2017 approved the resignation of Mr. Piotr Robert Kearney from the office of the Member of the Supervisory Board of Unipetrol with the effect as of 30 June 2017.
