​UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 6 February 2018, Ms. Grażyna Baka resigned from her office as a Member of the Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s. in accordance with Section 16.5 of the Articles of Association of UNIPETROL, a.s., and with Section 59 (5) of Act. No. 90/2012 Coll., Commercial Corporations act. Ms. Baka´s office of a Member of the Supervisory Board will terminate on 6 March 2018.

UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) further informs that on 7 February 2018, Mr. Rafał Pasieka resigned from his office as a Member of the Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s. in accordance with Section 16.5 of the Articles of Association of UNIPETROL, a.s., and with Section 59 (5) of Act. No. 90/2012 Coll., Commercial Corporations act. Mr. Pasieka´s office of a Member of the Supervisory Board will terminate on 7 March 2018.
