UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 25 June 2018, Mr. Rafał Warpechowski, Vice-chairman of UNIPETROL, a.s. Audit Committee, resigned from his office of a Member of the Audit Committee, with a request for approval of termination of his office as at 28 June 2018.

The Audit Committee will discuss this request during its next meeting.
