UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 25 June 2018, Unipetrol, a.s. Audit Committee at its meeting discussed the resignation of a member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Rafał Warpechowski from the office of a member of the Audit Committee of Unipetrol and approved the termination of his office with the effect as of 28 June 2018.
