UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) wishes to inform you, that on November 8, 2017, Mr. Andrzej Kozłowski resigned from his position of a member of the Board of Directors of UNIPETROL, a.s.
The Supervisory Board of UNIPETROL, a.s. during its meeting held on November 8, 2017, discussed the resignation of Mr. Kozłowski. Following to Mr. Kozłowski’s request, the Supervisory Board approved the termination date of his office to be the 24th November 2017.
