UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 30 April 2015 UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. and PKN ORLEN S.A. signed a second annex (“Annex”) to the crude oil supplies agreement, which provides an increase of crude oil deliveries to UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. by up to 120 thousand tons of REBCO crude oil per month. The Annex is valid from 1 May 2015 to 30 June 2016 and secures additional Unipetrol’s needs for crude oil deliveries in relation with Unipetrol‘s ownership rights in ČESKÁ RAFINÉRSKÁ, a.s. (100.00% shareholding since 30 April 2015).

This Annex follows on the second annex, signed on 30 April 2015, to the agreement between PKN ORLEN S.A. and Rosneft Oil Company dated 21 June 2013 for REBCO crude oil deliveries to UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o.


PKN ORLEN S.A. is the majority shareholder of UNIPETROL, a.s. with a 62.99% shareholding.

UNIPETROL, a.s. holds 100% of the registered share capital in UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o.
