Unipetrol, a.s was informed on 13.06.2006 that the company Československá obchodní banka, a.s. representing 5.10 % share in the initial capital of Unipetrol and in the voting rights was provided to Unipetrol, a.s. in accordance to § 122 Act no. 256/2004 Coll.
