On 12 October 2007 UNIPETROL, a.s. was informed that as at 24 September 2007 KKCG Investments B.V. had increased its proportion of the voting rights in UNIPETROL, a.s. from 0.06% of the votes to 6.51% of the votes and that as at 24 September 2007 it had decreased its proportion of the voting rights in UNIPETROL, a.s. from 6.51% to 0.00%.
UNIPETROL, a.s. has received this information in compliance with Section 122 of Act No. 256/2004 on business on the capital market.
