UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that on 19 April 2016 a project of mergers by amalgamation of UNIPETROL SERVICES, s.r.o, UNIPETROL RAFINÉRIE, s.r.o., and CHEMOPETROL, a.s., with UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o., was published in the Commercial Bulletin. After the required 30 days period the mergers shall be approved by the companies’ General Meetings.
The mergers are part of the process of streamlining of Unipetrol Group’s structure which is currently expected to be finished during the year 2016.
