People here refers to our employees.

We are constantly striving to ensure that the behaviour of our ORLEN Unipetrol Group staff is always ethical, transparent, legal and in accordance with the law and the values of the group. All of our business activities are based on best practices in corporate governance and emphasise safety and environmental protection with the goal of sustained value growth for all our shareholders. We are fans of voluntary work. In the past, we tried to get employees interested in voluntary programs. At first we were selecting projects ourselves and had to think of some incentives to attract people’s attention. Our continued support of our employees’ volunteering activities (paid time off and financial capital for project implementation) has led to their increased involvement in socially beneficial programs. For 2020 we have increased the budget for volunteering – employees are able to select any noble initiative and obtain money for it. We believe that such opportunity will link them with their communities.
