Marek Balawejder is a manager with 25 years of business experience in multinational corporations as well as private business. He graduated an MBA program at the Warsaw School of Economics and an Advanced Management Program at Leon Koźmiński Academy in cooperation with EADA Business School in Barcelona.​

Agata Śmiechowska-Więczkowska is a lawyer and economist. She graduated from the University of Łódź, the Faculty of Law and Administration, as well as completed doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, the Faculty of Economy. She earned an Executive Master of Business Administration degree at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
