UNIPETROL, a.s. (“Unipetrol”) informs that the Czech antimonopoly office (ÚOHS) approved today the acquisition of 32.445% stake in ČESKÁ RAFINÉRSKÁ, a.s. (“Česká rafinérská”) from Eni International B.V. (“Eni”). The decision is not yet effective.
Currently Unipetrol owns 67.555% stake in Česká rafinérská and after the transaction closing Unipetrol will become the sole shareholder of Česká rafinérská with 100.00% stake.
