Every year we spend more than one billion crowns on environmental protection, as well as occupational health and safety. We are continuously modernising production, optimising energy consumption, reducing the volume of emissions and waste substances and, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, dealing with old environmental burdens. Over the last ten years, the volume of emissions discharged into wastewater has already fallen by 83% and the volume of emissions discharged into the air has fallen by 70%.
