UNIPETROL, a.s. informs about amended information in UNIPETROL, a.s. annual report for 2009 (reference to pages relates to graphical version).

1. First sentence on page 62, in Czech version only, in Financial standing section / Statement of financial position / Changes in current assets includes inaccurate information. Accurate statement is: "Total current assets amounted to CZK 20,188 million as at 31 December 2009 and were higher by approximately CZK 1,336 million compared with the previous year". English version includes this information on page 64 and it is correct in its original form.
2. In consolidated financial statements in the table Intangible assets on page 189, in Czech version only, includes inaccurate information. Accurate name of the categories under Balance as at 01/01/2008 are "Additions/Disposals/Other" and under Balance as at 31/12/2008 are "Additions/Disposals/Reclassifications/Other". English version includes this table on page 192 and it is correct in its original form.
