Swing boats, a roundabout, ponies, minicars, quads or an inflatable jump castle – these and other attractions belonged to the hottest ones for the youngest participants. The older children could not miss the sports events. They included skittles, jumping in sacks, cockshy, carp fishing, and the successful athletes were awarded interesting prizes for their effort. For example, the floorball tournament was fought for a salad bowl. Four teams took part. The winning team's line-up was Dalecký, Skuček and Bauer. The team of Bartoníček, Svatoň and Fanta came second. The team of Kučera, Dušek and Jirout came third. There was also a floorball tournament for children. In this case, each participant was awarded a prize. The winner of the archery tournament was also awarded. The participants also liked a two-hour program full of songs, competitions and great entertainment with the characters from Walt Disney's World of Magic. The Duck World provided the Staff Day with 1000 prizes and three children's bikes as the main prizes in unusual competitions.

The first Staff Day, when the employees of the refinery met in the area of the racecourse to have fun and take part in competitions, was held five years ago. Individual years have had, in spite of many differences, one thing in common – children happy about the afternoon full of amusement. Let's believe that next year it will be the same.
