ORLEN Unipetrol has once again won the regional round of the prestigious Pluxee Employer of the Year 2025 competition. It is the third consecutive victory, reaffirming the Group's long-term commitment to delivering high-quality care for its employees, enhancing the working environment, and providing employee benefits. The competition evaluates a wide range of indicators, including working conditions, education, career and personal growth, and employee satisfaction. The announcement of the best companies in each region will be followed by a national finale.

For 22 years, the Employer of the Year competition has focused on companies in the Czech Republic from the perspective of human resource management. The competition aims to introduce people to companies with an excellent approach to their employees, not only nationwide, but also in individual regions. The Employers' Club once again ranked ORLEN Unipetrol first among employers in the Ústí Region based on a comprehensive evaluation of the companies that entered. The jury praised the systematic support for education, the sophisticated system of employee benefits, and the high quality of working conditions.
The ORLEN Unipetrol Group's award-winning human resources strategy also includes strong support for Czech education.
