The network of ORLEN filling stations, a member of the refining and petrochemical group ORLEN Unipetrol, still enables the users of its loyalty app to donate their collected loyalty points to charity. Customers of ORLEN stations can use the ORLEN mobile app to join the ‘Donate Your Points’ project and convert their collected loyalty points into helping others. Thanks to their generosity and the collaboration with the ORLEN Unipetrol Foundation, they raised CZK 364,020, which will be allocated to support the VozejkMap mobile app. The cooperation with the Czech Olympic Foundation, which helps young athletes, is another project planned for the upcoming six months.
The loyalty scheme of ORLEN filling stations, in collaboration with the ORLEN Unipetrol Foundation, managed to raise CZK 364,020 to support the VozejkMap mobile app—this project of CZEPA, z.s. – the Czech Association of Paraplegics – helps people in wheelchairs find barrier-free places across the Czech Republic, thus making their everyday lives easier. This support will further enhance the app’s development, making it accessible to an even broader range of users. “I am honestly happy that we could be a part of this initiative that makes sense. It’s nice to see our customers actively engaged in assisting us where it’s really needed. This collaboration shows that even small steps can spark great changes,” said Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz, a member of the Board of Directors of the ORLEN Unipetrol Group in charge of retail and marketing.
Customers could transform the points earned for buying fuel, food, and other products in the ORLEN app into a financial donation. This functionality, introduced last year, proved to be an effective way of combining the loyalty scheme with community support. “We want to thank everyone for joining this project. Your points help change this world for the better. Each individual contribution matters,” says Lucie Pražáková, Director of the ORLEN Unipetrol Foundation, and adds: “Supporting communities and improving the quality of life of people who face obstacles every day is our mission. We believe that together, we can help those who need it most.”
A new project: supporting young athletes
ORLEN app users can support the Czech Olympic Foundation until the end of 2025. This Foundation specialises in providing assistance to children from socially disadvantaged families who wish to participate in sports. It has already supported over 4,500 young athletes, including more than 200 track and field athletes. “Supporting young athletes is a matter of the heart to us. Thanks to the collaboration with the ORLEN Unipetrol Foundation and ORLEN app users, we can help children who have big dreams and desire to fulfil them. It’s amazing to see that with this support, they can do sports and develop their talents,” adds Veronika Opršalová, Director of the Czech Olympic Foundation.
The Czech Olympic Foundation, a charity project of the Czech Olympic Committee and the Czech Foundation of the Sport Representation, helps children aged 6 to 18, whose parents lack the funds for their sports activities. It also supports children from children’s homes, in foster care and children with disabilities. The Foundation’s primary mission is to help cover the costs of essential sports equipment, sports club membership and training camp fees so children can maintain their desire to engage in sports on a regular basis. Besides financial assistance, the Foundation helps motivate children to do sports, arranges meetings and training events with Olympians, engages them in Olympism-related activities, and organises the annual Christmas Tree of Fulfilled Wishes, where selected children have their wishes fulfilled.
The collection of points on the ORLEN app started in May 2025. Every two months, points donated by customers will be converted into cash and donated to support children. The amount from the first two months is earmarked to support children from underprivileged families who are involved in athletics. In the following periods it will be followed by the support of children focusing on ball sports, then combat sports and finally winter sports.
Last year, ORLEN app users and the ORLEN Unipetrol Foundation donated CZK 1 million to support children of single parents, provide catering and preschool education to disadvantaged children and help directly the households affected by the floods. The network of ORLEN filling stations, a member of the refining and petrochemical group ORLEN Unipetrol, enables users of its loyalty app to make charity donations using their earned loyalty points. The app is intended for mobile phones with Android OS and iOS. Those interested can download and install it for free from Google Play and App Store. The app’s services can be used in the entire network of ORLEN’s public stations in the Czech Republic.

ORLEN – the international network of fuels, energy and refreshments
The ORLEN network of filling stations is a member of the ORLEN Unipetrol Group owned by the international ORLEN Group, which runs more than 3,500 fuel stations in seven Central European countries – Poland, Czechia, Germany, Lithuania, Hungary, Austria, and Slovakia. The ORLEN Unipetrol Foundation launched its activities in 2017. Its primary mission is to support education and popularise science, primarily natural sciences and technical disciplines, as well as corporate social responsibility, emphasising local communities and the environment. The Foundation has long been engaged in supporting schools, teachers, and students with grant programmes. The educational project, ‚Plastík a jeho kouzelný kufřík‘, provides schoolchildren from the first to the fifth grade with an excursion into the world of chemistry through entertaining experiments. Educational support and the associated Foundation’s activities gave rise to many educational materials and outputs in the form of tutorials available at www.nouonline.cz. Beginning in 2024, the Foundation is also committed to corporate social responsibility related to the environment, support of local communities, and volunteering. Such activities include championing volunteer and community projects, fundraising, fish releases into rivers, nesting of endangered peregrine falcons, and beekeeping. The Foundation cooperates with many non-profit organisations on a long-term basis but also reacts to current events in society and emergencies. More information about the ORLEN Unipetrol Foundation’s mission and other activities is available at www.nadaceorlenunipetrol.cz.
