ORLEN Unipetrol Group announces that, as of December 1, 2025, Mirosław Kastelik has been appointed to its Board of Directors, replacing Zdeněk Jíra, who has left the Group. In this role, which he previously held between 2013 and 2018, Mirosław Kastelik will be responsible for the financial management of the entire Group.
Mirosław Kastelik brings over thirty years of experience in finance and general management. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in companies operating across the automotive, chemical, and FMCG sectors.
From 2019 to 2025, Mirosław worked for Boryszew S.A., where he served as the CEO of the Maflow Group — a global manufacturer of automotive components. Between 2013 and 2018, Mirosław was part of the ORLEN Unipetrol Group as a Board Member responsible for Finance.

Mirosław Kastelik graduated from Cracow University of Economics and earned an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds a certificate of Polish Public Accountant.
