Notice of Termination of Obstacle – Force Majeure Event
We refer to our notice on occurrence and continuation of a force majeure event dated 7 July 2025 regarding the complete power supply interruption (blackout) which led to the emergency shutdown and the immediate cessation of all petrochemical and refinery production operations at our production plant in Litvínov – Záluží, the Czech Republic (the “Notice”).
We are pleased to inform you that the obstacle – the force majeure event notified by the Notice terminated on 31 July 2025 and, consequently, from that moment ORLEN Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. is able to resume performance of obligations under contractual arrangements with its business partners.
